Fixture building for the last 50 years and constructed in 1972, those who travel along Route 9 in Southern Dutchess county will surely recognize this 8,000 sq. ft., 2-story, multi-tenanted office building on the Wappinger / Fishkill Town border.
For those that have used Mr. Metzger and Peak Construction services, know their impeccable eye-for-detail in remodeling. I’m excited to see what they have in store for this out-of-date site… they have amazing plans to remodel!
